1A – Discount packages are not refundable or transferable.
1B – All price and packages are GST exclusive.
1C – Any Short Notice Booking for less than 36 Hours, client need to check the availability of driving instructor with Your Local Driving Academy by Calling or Text @0455 889 588.
1D – All discount packages are valid for 6 months after purchase date.
1E – 24-Hour Notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons from packages otherwise that lesson will be deducted from the total of the package.
1F – Discount packages purchased but not commenced, may be cancelled. A cancellation of service fee equaling 20% of the total package cost is taken from the refund amount.
1G – All our Packages are prepaid, must be paid in full to instructor on first lesson or pre- purchased before the first lesson.
1H – All the Drivers must carry their current and valid Victorian license or Overseas License during the Lessons.
1i – If learner driver fails to provide valid license on appointment day, instructor will not continue the lesson, but learner driver will be charged full according to their appointment.
1J – If Learner Driver is running late for a Lesson, the Instructor will only be able to complete the remaining Lesson time. As instructor has commitments for other appointment.
1K – If Learner is absent, will be charged full according to their appointment.
1L – Driving Instructor has the full right to cancel, reschedule lesson or changing the length of the lesson time in certain circumstances (Feeling unwell, Bad Weather and Hazard Traffic condition).
1M – Discount packages are valid from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. (All lessons must be conducted between 8 am and 5 pm.)
1N – Driving lessons on Sunday, Public holidays and Night driving will cost addition 15% on individual lesson.
1O – Female Instructors charge is additional 10% on top of Discounted Driving Packages.
1P – Online Booking dates and times may vary on instructor’s availability, final confirmation of booking will be given by the instructor.
1Q – All prices incur additional surcharge for American Express, MasterCard and Visa Credit and Debit cards via the PayPal and After-Pay payment method. Diners club not accepted.
1R – All card surcharge fees excluded from any cancellation of service fees.

2B – Learner Driver needs to pay prior to start Lesson.
2C – All price and packages are GST exclusive.

3B – Express drive tests & license packages are not refundable or transferable.
3C – All price and packages are GST exclusive.
3D – All our Packages are prepaid, must be paid in full to instructor on first lesson or pre- purchased before the first lesson.
3E – Express license packages doesn’t cover all Vic Roads fees.
3F – Learner Driver is responsible to provide all documents including Learner permits, completed & Signed Logbook or completed My Learner App and valid hazard perception result on test date.
3G – Overseas license holders must have all valid documents including 3 forms of identification (Passport, Address proof, Medicare, or Bank card), Overseas License and valid Hazard perception result with them on the day of the driving test.
3H – If VicRoads reject to start test due to applicant’s fault, YOUR LOCAL DRIVING ACADEMY is not responsible for such incident. Full fee will be charged, and NO refund will be made.
3i – One lesson must be completed on the day immediately before actual driving test, unless otherwise agreed upon with/by the instructor.
3J – All lessons included in Express Drive Test & License Packages require pick up and drop off at the VicRoads office.
3K – Instructor may charge extra for drop off the applicant after test.

4A – All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase date.
4B – Vouchers are non-refundable, or changeable (manual or auto), and not transferable to another person.
4C – Unused vouchers cannot be refunded.
4D – 24-hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons from gift voucher packages otherwise that lesson will be deducted from the total of the package.
4E – Please treat vouchers like cash if lost we cannot replace.
4F – No lessons can be given unless voucher is presented to the driving instructor.
4G – Driving lessons are valid from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. (All lessons must be conducted between 8 am and 5 pm.)
